Björn Forsberg
Björn Forsberg received his M.Sc. degree from Uppsala Universitet, Sweden. After his degree he has been a research assistant in the Embedded Systems Group at Uppsala Universitet, working with energy efficient real-time scheduling and real-time scheduling in microkernels, before moving to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich, Switzerland where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree. His current interests include timing predictable real-time execution on commercial-of-the-shelf hardware, with special focus on emerging heterogeneous systems on a chip, and the programming models and compilers required to support such systems.
