For projects that involve the design of an ASIC or an FPGA board, usually a design review that involves the students, their supervisors and the Microelectronics Design Center will be made. This is to determine the technical feasibility of the project, make suggestions and will allow us to prepare the ASIC tape-outs, PCB fabrication schedule.
